These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern all agreements and subscriptions under which Bright River CGI provides its Rendered Services. Last updated 3 September 2026.
AR Pro hosting is billed in euro (EUR), excluding VAT. Production work is billed in US dollars (USD) unless a written agreement specifies another currency. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Client-specific rates agreed in writing prevail over the list rates below.
Rendered is an online platform that converts products into 3D assets. Users can create jobs by uploading reference data, which are then converted into 3D Assets and returned to the User. All 3D content adheres to industry-standard formats and specifications outlined in Appendix I (3D asset tolerances). The platform also offers 3D interactive viewers with built-in AR, allowing users to embed interactive 3D Assets on their web platforms.
The 3D viewer with AR is hosted by Rendered using Microsoft storage and a worldwide content delivery network. There is no setup on the User's side, no SDK, and no API keys. Each product is a single URL, embedded with one <iframe>, that can be dropped into any page. Full integration instructions are in the accompanying Embed Guide on the Rendered Help site.
AR Pro is the monthly subscription covering hosting, worldwide delivery and augmented reality for the User's entire 3D product catalogue. The subscription is a single line item. There is nothing to meter on the User's side and nothing to install. Every product viewer is served from Bright River's infrastructure.
AR Pro — €99 per month, excluding VAT.
| Area | What you get |
|---|---|
| Hosting | Storage and publication of every 3D asset in your catalogue, on redundant, zone-resilient infrastructure. |
| Delivery | Global content delivery network, so a shopper in any market loads the viewer from a nearby edge location rather than a single origin. |
| 3D viewer | Orbit, pan and zoom; automatic framing so every product fills the frame correctly on load; configurable background colour; three ground-shadow styles; optional auto-rotate; fullscreen; QR handoff to mobile. |
| Augmented reality | AR Quick Look on iPhone and iPad, Scene Viewer on Android. The shopper taps once to place the product in their own room. Included in the subscription with no per-session charge. |
| Format conversion | Apple's AR format (USDZ) is generated automatically from each 3D model, so the AR experience always matches what is shown in the viewer. You supply one file per product, not two. |
| Reporting | Monthly summary of viewer loads, so you can see which products are being explored and track usage against your allowance. |
| Maintenance | Ongoing viewer improvements, browser and device compatibility updates, and security patching, applied continuously at no extra cost. |
| Support | Email support for integration and asset questions. |
If you exceed either allowance in a given month, only the excess is charged at the rates below. Going over one allowance does not affect the other, and the viewer never stops working. Nothing is throttled or switched off mid-month.
| Metric | Included | Rate above the allowance |
|---|---|---|
| Products hosted | 500 | €0.20 per product, per month |
| Viewer loads | 10,000 per month | €0.01 per load |
| AR sessions | Unlimited | Not charged |
Products. A product is one product code with at least one published 3D asset. The monthly figure is the highest number of published product codes at any point during the calendar month, so adding a product mid-month and removing it again still counts once. Draft or unpublished assets are not counted.
Viewer loads. A viewer load is one request for an embed URL that results in a 3D model being delivered to a shopper. Loads are counted across your whole catalogue, not per product. Automated traffic is excluded: search engine crawlers, uptime monitors, and our own testing and quality checks do not count against your allowance.
AR sessions. Tapping Activate AR is part of the viewer load that produced it. AR is never billed separately, however heavily your shoppers use it.
Billing period. Usage is measured per calendar month. The subscription is invoiced in advance and any overage for the preceding month is added to the following invoice, itemised separately.
Four illustrative months, to show exactly how a bill is put together.
| Scenario | Products | Loads | Subscription | Additional | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Within the plan | 480 | 8,400 | €99.00 | None | €99.00 |
| Catalogue grew | 650 | 9,500 | €99.00 | €30.00 | €129.00 |
| Campaign month | 500 | 14,000 | €99.00 | €40.00 | €139.00 |
| Both over | 560 | 12,500 | €99.00 | €37.00 | €136.00 |
Taking the last row: 60 products above the allowance at €0.20 is €12.00, and 2,500 loads above the allowance at €0.01 is €25.00, giving €37.00 of additional usage on top of the €99.00 subscription.
| Subscription | €99.00 per month, excluding VAT |
| Currency | EUR |
| Billing | Subscription invoiced monthly in advance; additional usage invoiced in arrears the following month |
| Payment terms | 30 days from invoice date |
| Term | Month to month, with 30 days written notice to cancel |
| Price stability | Rates held for 12 months from the start date |
| Annual payment | Available on request |
| Asset ownership | Your 3D models remain yours. On cancellation we will return the published assets and remove them from our systems on request |
The allowances above assume normal retail traffic patterns. Deliberate load generation, resale of the viewer to third parties, or use of the delivery network as general file hosting are outside the plan. We will always raise it with you before taking any action.
Hosting, embeds and 3D Viewer Analytics are enabled by your account manager. Until AR Pro is enabled on the account, published products will not receive an embed code and usage will not be billed.
Published 3D assets used by the viewer are hosted as part of the AR Pro plan, as described above, and are not metered in gigabytes. Production files, reference data and work-in-progress remain available on the Rendered platform during the Subscription. Use of the delivery network as general file hosting is outside the plan.
All products and their outputs are accessible during the Subscription period and for one (1) month after termination. On cancellation we will return the published assets and remove them from our systems on request.
Pricing varies by product type and complexity. Estimates are provided on the Rendered platform for client approval before production. The list rates below apply unless a written programme, statement of work, or pricing exception has been agreed. Discounts that appear on invoices may change at any time. They are only valid for new purchases and cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

AR Pro is billed monthly in advance by invoice (or annually on request). Additional viewer usage is invoiced in arrears the following month and itemised separately. Non-payment may result in suspension of hosting, and all outstanding invoices must be settled before resuming production. Rates are held for 12 months from the start date. The subscription is month to month, with 30 days written notice to cancel.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days from the invoice date unless a different period is stated on the invoice. A late fee of 1.5% applies every 14 days past the due date.
Bright River CGI may offer testing or free content creation services. By accepting these services, the User agrees that Bright River CGI may use any resulting assets and outputs for its own purposes, including but not limited to marketing, promotion, and demonstration. The User grants Bright River CGI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute these assets as part of its promotional activities.
3D assets are processed after estimate approval. Master Products typically take up to 14 business days, while variations take up to 9 business days. Turnaround time is dependent on prompt client reviews and order volume.
Clients must review 3D assets within five (5) business days of notification. If not rejected within this period, products are considered approved.
Support requests must be made via the Rendered platform, where "tickets" can be created for specific products or general inquiries. Email support for 3D viewer integration and asset questions is included with AR Pro.
Clients can access reports for estimates, invoices, product statuses, and monthly expenditures on the Rendered platform. AR Pro accounts also receive a monthly summary of viewer loads and can review 3D Viewer Analytics while the plan is enabled.
3D models you supply remain yours. Bright River CGI grants Users an unlimited, personal, exclusive license to use the 3D Assets processed by Bright River. Pre-existing Intellectual Property remains the property of each Party. Bright River CGI may store and use Processed Visual Content to maintain and improve the Service but will not store or use personally identifiable information. All output made by Rendered follows these specific tolerances. Our production teams work according to these tolerances for both modeling and texturing, and all internal QC follows these measurements. Jobs that fall within the tolerances as listed above are considered to be properly processed. The client may reject jobs that fall outside these tolerances and has the right to request Bright River to re-execute jobs that fall within the tolerances; in that case an additional service fee applies.
